1:1 Executive Coaching

What does a typical coaching engagement include? Coaching engagements are customizable and can be flexible based on your needs and availability.

Most engagements are contracted on a 6-month basis and include: 

  • 360 Assessment including analysis and synthesis of key themes 

  • Enneagram Personality Assessment to understand core personality characteristics and motivations

  • Deep dive engagement kick off (2-3 hours)

  • Regular sessions - monthly or bi-weekly; zoom or in person if in Denver metro area 

  • Laser coaching (Text or Voxer)

What it's like to work with me…

Get present:

  • If you’re working with me, you’re likely a high-achieving exec who may be stuck on the ‘human-doing’ wheel. We’ll get started by slowing down and letting your mind get present. 

Get to know yourself:

  • We’ll go deep, getting to know you through the lens of your Enneagram, through your 360 feedback and more. We’ll go deep if you’re willing.

Accept yourself as you are:

  • This is quite possibly the most important part — taking all that you learn about yourself and accepting yourself exactly as you are. Stop fighting it. Let’s start loving and accepting the resistance to the one that’s not willing to change. Let’s even give that one a high five! 

Play:

  • This is the fun part. When you’re ready, we’ll get to the part where you get to really play — leaning fully into your zone of genius, exploring personas, making your stories BIG, letting the emotions flow — we may even dance!

Unlock & Shift:

  • By the time we get here, you probably already know what to do. We had to get through the other stuff to make the next steps obvious. I’ll offer up tools to help you shift — and easy ways to make it actionable in your business environment.

Workshops

In addition to individual coaching, I also bring Conscious Leadership to functional teams to help build trust, deepen engagement, and reduce drama.  Workshops are designed to align teams around common principles and language, and give them actionable tools to bring back to the workplace.

  • Conscious issue resolution - reducing drama with 100% responsibility, clean agreements, and more
